The objective
TheFork is a French online restaurant reservation platform, mainly used on a mobile application. TheFork faces great challenges around TikTok, indeed, a large part of its target is on the platform, in each of its markets. However, this internationalization of the brand makes its communication on TikTok complex, as it would require to have an account per market.
That's why TheFork doesn't have a TikTok account at the moment and must be able to have a strong impact via TikTok Ads, by getting application downloads during this attractive and strategic period.
The solution
The Sleeq agency decided to produce 6 creative videos for this campaign, lasting about a month during the summer period, when consumers make the most trips to restaurants.
These creative contents are designed around different situations where the TheFork application can be used (date, restaurant with friends ...). Thus, these different scenes allow TikTok users to identify themselves, to see the added value that the application can bring them in their daily life and finally download it.
In addition, several assets of the booking application are put forward to reinforce the feeling of necessity, and thus generate immediate action from TikTok users.

Results
The campaign was a real success on TikTok!
TheFork teams were very satisfied with this collaboration which allowed the application to obtain in 1 month of campaign on Tiktok results equivalent, even superior to the results of Facebook which took several months to be optimized.
This campaign generated more than 11.8 million impressions on the social network, a result that proves the consideration of users by the content created by the Sleeq agency. We were also able to obtain a CPM of €2.50 and an average CPI of €3.20 during the campaign, which was below the brand's usual CPI and below the market average.
With such results, TheFork has decided to renew its collaboration with the Sleeq agency to develop its reputation and generate even more downloads of its application.
