The objective
Founded in 2013, Superprof is a French startup that facilitates connections between individuals eager to learn and teachers offering private tuition. Today, it has established itself as one of the most recognized online platforms in this field. Superprof offers a wide range of options for booking private lessons, whether at home or online. With a range of 600,000 offers in 2,000 different disciplines, it offers complete coverage of the French territory.
To promote the services offered by Superprof, an advertising campaign was set up. This advertising strategy consisted of the production of several creatives Ads, specifically targeting the TikTok community. The aim was to encourage these users to register on the site before January 2023, with the incentive of a first lesson offered upon registration.
The solution
To achieve this objective, we produced several videos in the Ads studio, exploring various formats such as FaceCam, Micro-trottoir, Bref, Story Acting, Response to a comment, among others. Six actors from our Talent Pool, representative of the brand's users, were commissioned. These talents corresponded precisely to the target audience we wanted to promote SuperProf on the TikTok platform. The aim was not to restrict ourselves, but to reach as wide an audience as possible. Thanks to their original, authentic and memorable content, the various formats succeeded in arousing great interest among the public, as evidenced by the results obtained.
Results
The Superprof campaign was very successful in achieving its objective. From the very first weeks, the campaign performed very well, and the client was satisfied with the results. We generated over 25 million views on the platform, with CPMs and CPCs below market levels. This first campaign, aimed at both conversion and brand awareness, by reaching a particularly large audience, enabled us to set up a real Test&Learn approach for Superprof. As a result, we were able to determine exactly what would be effective for a larger campaign.
