The objective
Hello Charly is a digital company specializing in career guidance for young people aged 14 to 30 via an interactive chatbot named Charly. The chatbot provides users with personalized answers to help them get to know themselves better and explore local opportunities for support, employment and training.
In order to increase traffic to Charly, an influencer campaign accompanied by creative video content was implemented, amplified in Ads over specific periods. This strategy targeted a specific demographic to stimulate engagement and maximize the number of interactions with each piece of content during these periods.
The solution
As part of this campaign, we carried out A/B tests on several videos involving various specialized influencers linked to jobs in tension, such as consultant, bus driver, farmer, canteen worker, butcher, etc. We also opted to use actors from our talent pool and to produce the videos in the studio, in order to experiment with a more commercial approach in the videos to encourage the audience to use the Charly chatbot.
The aim was to test several scenarios to achieve the target.
The videos were designed with a distinctive and innovative staging, illustrating the particularities of these professions. They highlighted Hello Charly's role in helping influencers discover these jobs, while encouraging their audience to follow their example and interact with the chatbot.
Results
The implementation of this campaign strategy produced very convincing results, with outstanding engagement and traffic figures. The in-studio video ads were the best performers, as their spontaneity, use of facecam and dynamic shots facilitated their integration into the TikTok community's "PourToi" feed. By producing a sufficient number of advertisements at strategic times, we were able to optimize their impact at the most opportune moment, without saturating the social network, thus avoiding creative fatigue or a reduction in key performance indicators.
