The objective

Liligo is a travel search engine that allows users to book flights, cars and hotels at competitive prices. The company also offers special deals and discounts for users every time they make a booking on the site or on its mobile app.

Liligo is experiencing a good growth on its website since its launch in 2006, and it would like to promote its application on TikTok, through a contest on the social network. The brand's objective on TikTok is to generate installs on the application, by reaching a new audience: generation Z and generation Y, looking for good deals to travel around the world.

The solution

The French travel company decided to work with TikTok Sleeq for its deployment on the platform. We developed an influencer campaign with six content creators from the travel and lifestyle niche to promote the usefulness of the app in real life situations before and during a trip, and to promote the contest, available on Liligo's TikTok account.

For this TikTok influencer campaign, we activated micro-influencers and macro-influencers, in order to make the application known to a target audience and to make them participate in the Liligo contest. The profiles we selected for this TikTok campaign were @vito.video(2 million followers), @quentin_resera(1.1 million followers), @davidvoinon(1.1 million followers), @lesbonsplansoff(221k followers), @isabellefbr (178kfollowers) and @nanaenvadrouille(117k followers).

Results

The activation of its influencer profiles for this TikTok campaign allowed us to reach an extremely large audience in the "travel" category. The videos accumulated more than 2.5 million views, which allowed us to collect more than 2200 registrations to the contest and several thousands of subscribers on the TikTok account of the brand. As for the lucky winners, they won 2 prizes, each including €500 worth of airline tickets in the form of a voucher.
