The objective
Elyane is an intuitive eating coach and helps emotional eaters make peace with themselves.
Intuitive eating is a concept that is the opposite of a classic diet: no food program, no restrictions, no guilt.
In her book, Elyane lists the 10 principles of intuitive eating that allow us to establish a trusting relationship with food while avoiding the diet culture.
Her objective for this TikTok campaign is to promote the 4th edition of the book Alimentation Intuitive in French. Elyane's two underlying objectives are to generate traffic around the brand and the product, through an influencer campaign and amplification via TikTok Ads.
The solution
The Intuitive Eating campaign reached a large audience sensitive to good nutrition and in particular those affected by eating disorders. This was possible thanks to the activation of food influencers, but also of profiles focused on personal development and self-confidence. The success of this campaign is mainly based on the storytelling conveyed by these influencers on the subject of healthy eating while avoiding the diet culture.
Results
The campaign proved to be a resounding success for Intuitive Food, reaching over 1.6 million views. In addition to generating awareness, the campaign was also effective in converting viewers into potential buyers, with over 20,000 visits to the official website and an average cost per click of €0.11. This allowed the brand to track the effectiveness of the campaign from a performance perspective.
