π Depending on the client's needs, Sleeq defines a relevant strategy on TikTok and then takes care of all the operational implementation, from the creation of content in-house with our comedians, to the activation of influencers through the management of advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads.
π Sleeq has offices in France and is certified TikTok Marketing Partners. We have 10 employees, divided into several divisions.
π Sleeq agency is also behind the biggest TikTokeurs parties in France with the ForYouNight and also the award ceremony for the best content creators: the ForYouAwards.
Job description
Within the sales department, the Sales Assistant will work in close collaboration with the Development Manager, in the qualification of incoming requests from prospects, and the prospecting of new customers. You will be able to handle customer requests independently, as well as qualify them.

π§π»π»Missions:
- Assist sales representatives in managing customer accounts and prospecting for new customers
- Manage the commercial qualification of incoming requests
- Manage phone calls and emails on behalf of the sales team
- Prepare sales presentations and documents for client meetings
- Manage quotation follow-ups and payment follow-ups
- Keep customer files and databases up to date and accurate
- Conduct market research to support business and marketing decisions

- A solid understanding of sales techniques and business strategies
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in common computer tools, including Google Suite and CRM software such as HubSpot
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques and conflict management
